I'm inclined to remove the variant spelling section, as it is rather casual and mixes singular and plural. Also, do we need a standard spelling? I standardised it at Afghanistan War (1978-92) to 'mujahideen' which is uncluttered and emphasises the stress on the final syllable. And should it be capitalised? I'm inclined to think not as it is a generic term, not the name of an army. Ro Thorpe 11:29, 4 May 2011 (CDT)
