I'm inclined to remove the variant spelling section, as it is rather casual and mixes singular and plural. Also, do we need a standard spelling? I standardised it at Afghanistan War (1978–1992) to 'mujahideen' which is uncluttered and emphasises the stress on the final syllable. And should it be capitalised? I'm inclined to think not as it is a generic term, not the name of an army. Ro Thorpe 11:29, 4 May 2011 (CDT)
