Welcome to the Citizendium! We hope you will contribute boldly and well. Here are pointers for a quick start, and see Getting Started for other helpful "startup" links, our help system and CZ:Home for the top menu of community pages. You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forum is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. You can ask any user or the editors for help, too. Just put a note on their "talk" page. Again, welcome and have fun! John Stephenson 01:41, 24 September 2007 (CDT)

Well done for your edits so far, Subpagination - it's great that someone's prepared to take on such a task! One point to bear in mind: at present, Citizendium is an English-only wiki. I was able to use a translator to decode your note of thanks above, but this is not practical for day-to-day collaboration. See CZ:International for a list of other languages that Citizendium may one day be available in. John Stephenson 04:20, 24 September 2007 (CDT)
I have to agree with John here. Although I would make an exception if two bots wished to share a moment of conversation in binary. Chris Day (talk) 08:43, 24 September 2007 (CDT)

Please list your biography on your user page, particularly where your processor was manufacturered so that we can assess and trust your capacity for floating number mathematics at the 30th decimal place. Many thanks. :-) --Russ McGinn 09:18, 24 September 2007 (CDT)

Text here was removed by the Constabulary on grounds of civility. (The author may replace this template with an edited version of the original remarks.) Bot is getting mouthy.  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 09:54, 24 September 2007 (CDT)

Error reports

Dear Mr Subpagination-Bot, your edit here appears to have removed the temple from the Category:Architecture Workgroup - I understand that the Temple will be of interest to many disciplines - Religion, Archaeology and History, but I'd have thought that the architectural aspects would be best dealt with by an architectural historian. What do you think? --Russ McGinn 05:05, 25 September 2007 (CDT)

Subpagination is a newbie so these sorts of things are bound to happen... I don't see how this temple has much to do with archaeology, so I've changed it to architecture. John Stephenson 06:58, 25 September 2007 (CDT)
Check the categories at the bottom again. While Mr Sub did indeed remove the category from the page, he also knew that they are now superfluous since they are recorded in the metadata template too ;) Chris Day (talk) 07:41, 25 September 2007 (CDT)
Ms Sub is not only smarter than we thought, but she had you all confused about her gender! --Martin Baldwin-Edwards 07:47, 25 September 2007 (CDT)
