Waldo Peirce article

Hello, I wonder if you could take a moment to look at the Waldo Peirce article and assess whether or not it's okay as it is, or if changes need to be made. Several people have suggested that it be put up for Approved status; to attain that goal, I gather, it has to be given the go-ahead by a certain number of Editors in that particular Workgroup -- which is why I'm sending you this message.
