Richard Forrest is a consultant and project manager with two decades of experience working on international environment and development policy issues. He received Master's degrees in Asian Studies from the University of Michigan and Public Policy (Environmental Policy specialization) from the University of Maryland. His interests include international sustainable development policy, energy and environment, civil society and policymaking, and knowledge management for sustainable development. He is fluent in Japanese and has studied Mandarin, Sinhalese, Spanish, and Indonesian.
