Eric S. Messelt was born and raised in Southern California, attended and graduated from El Camino College (A.A. in Sociology), Biola University (B.S. Business Administration), Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D. and Certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution), and is currently a candidate for the M.Div. at Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. He has spent most of his vocational career in Information Systems as a developer, analyst, and project leader with industry experience in the manufacturing, finance, and education sectors. He is married with three children, and engages in music performance and motorcycling for hobbies. He is an inactive member of the California State Bar Association, an active member of the Christian Legal Society, and a lifetime member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He has published several articles in information systems trade press on matters regarding computer systems and general management.
