Some edits to convert this into a new article

I added the subpages template to the main article page to start creating a proper Citizendium article. I also created the Talk and Definition subpages as well as the Metadata template. I specified the workgroup categories as Mathematics, Physics and Engineering ... and I classified the status as a stub (status=3). Milton Beychok 03:24, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
