Regarding [1]: the Edah consists of numerous small groups. Could you motivate why the wording "and several others" is not correct? I will add in some more groups. --Daniel Breslauer 04:10, 15 November 2007 (CST)

I just made this edit, using material partially taken from Wikipedia and greatly improved by me. The history section completely confused the roles of Gavad and Nasi; I have rewritten that section. --Daniel Breslauer 04:40, 15 November 2007 (CST)
