There are a number of network infrastructure articles (e.g., [[anycast]], [[Domain Name System]], [[Internet Protocol]], [[Internet Protocol version 6]]) that are introduction to a hierarchy of more detailed topics; some of the top-level articles do need a separate Editor review, and, where appropriate, Approval. Lower-level articles need suggestion on further direction; there could also be much more unifying content on network security. | |||

I've been thinking about, but not yet formed a clear image, of an article that clarifies among many related issues, including clouds and grids, SaaS, loosely coupled multiprocessing (local cloud?), etc. Transaction load distribution is another issue. | |||

I'm an editor in the computers workgroup, with my main areas of work in network engineering. There are a number of network infrastructure articles (e.g., anycast, Domain Name System, Internet Protocol, Internet Protocol version 6) that are introduction to a hierarchy of more detailed topics; some of the top-level articles do need a separate Editor review, and, where appropriate, Approval. Lower-level articles need suggestion on further direction; there could also be much more unifying content on network security.
The existing cloud computing article was created in an Eduzendium project, and certainly could stand expansion. I've been thinking about, but not yet formed a clear image, of an article that clarifies among many related issues, including clouds and grids, SaaS, loosely coupled multiprocessing (local cloud?), etc. Transaction load distribution is another issue.
Anyway, I'd be glad to work with you in any useful ways.
