What is CZ citation style for compound family name

What is CZ citation style for compound family name - compound surname - containing more that one preposition or particle?

For instance, my middle name is of a compound family nature: "Gomes de Paiva" and my father's family is another compound one "de Faria" - note that there exist other families with most similar names with or without a preposition or particle "de Faria" and "Faria" (not to mention the respective plurals).

It results that the proper citation could be:

DE FARIA, RICARDO Gomes de Paiva or

DE FARIA, R. G. de P.

In an opposite manner, MERCOSUL Passport official syntax for the above is Surname, Given name:

Gomes de Paiva DE FARIA, RICARDO

- After a reasonably long and extensive research in the web (where I noted that Wikipedia seems not to address this issue - It just raise same) [[3]] [[4]] and the browsing of several books about rules of citations (Brazilian NBR 6023, 8.1.1.1 and 7.2.2 [[5]]; The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation rules 15, 16, and 17[[6], U.S. Government Style Manual (2008), 30th Edition ISBN 978-0-16-081813-4 inclusive) this query remain open to this beginner CZ author.
