Statistics

An interactive package for instructions (12 pages) on using R for statistics is available[3] with a commercial book for further detail (376 pages).[1]

Meta-analysis

R has a package rmeta, for analyzing a meta-analysis with documentation provided by both an interaction package (HSAUR2) a chapter, "Meta-Analysis: Nicotine Gum and Smoking Cessation and the Effcacy of BCG Vaccine in the Treatment of Tuberculosis" in "A Handbook of Statistical Analyses Using R".[3]
