Lebanon is a county in south-central Pennsylvania; its county seat is the City of Lebanon. According to the 2000 census the population is 120,327. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 363 sq mi (939 km²). The racial makeup of the county was 94.46% White, 1.29% Black or African American, and 4.96% of the population were Hispanic or Latino.
