Judy Biggert

Judy Biggert (1937-) is a U.S. Representative, (R-Illinois), from the 13th District, which includes portions of three counties representing the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago. Legislation on which she worked, and cites with pride, include the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and No Child Left Behind Act.

Her district includes Argonne National Laboratory and a number of high-technology businesses, including AT&T Bell Labs and Tellabs.
