Great to see this start! Writing out a plan for the article here is always helpful, or making the headings in the article as an outline. For example- if you want laryngeal tb to be a part, and made the heading I would write it. But maybe you will approach the subject from a different viewpoint than affected systems, you decide how this is best done and we will help.
