Founded in 1846, Bucknell University is primarily a liberal arts university in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Its colors are orange and blue.

Academics

Bucknell University has a College of Arts and Sciences, College of Engineering, and School of Management.

Athletics

Bucknell University is a member of the Patriot League. For many years its most famous alumnus was almost certainly Christy Mathewson, the star pitcher for the New York Giants baseball team in the first decades of the 20th century.

Campus

The campus of Bucknell University sits along the Susquehanna River. The university maintains a golf course.
