I don't think my general knowledge can be enough to do (even start) good encyclopedia articles, let alone good encyclopedia articles in English. But I support this project and it's goal, and besides, I'd like to belive my contribution might help people out, even a little. I'm a basque university student who would like to contribute in Citizendum. My English is certainly not "high proficiency" though, so I think my articles would need to be systematically checked up for both language mistakes and inaccuracy.
