Terlipressin (Variquel) is an analogue of vasopressin used and is a vasoconstrictor agent.
Terlipressin is manufactured by IS Pharmaceuticals (Variquel) and Ferring Pharmaceuticals (Glypressin).
Terlipressin may help in the treatment of hepatorenal syndrome.[1]
