Is it just an important component of Astrology, or what? I'm certainly a Know-Nothing about Astrology, but it certainly sounds about the same to me. Although maybe Astrology can be "used" on a day-to-day basis to make important decisions, and the other is *very* longterm -- ie, at birth, that's the way your whole life is now fixed? :I'm sure I know less about this stuff than you do. I read the word (until today unknown to me) when reading about the history of astronomy. Google gave me the impression that it was one of the techniques of astrology. I still have my school dictionary of Greek, so I played the etymologist. I would definitely leave the article. My sister is arriving for a visit next month and she used to be an astrology guru, a true believer who really studied the damn stuff, and I'll ask her about it.... How does it differ from Astology?
Is it just an important component of Astrology, or what? I'm certainly a Know-Nothing about Astrology, but it certainly sounds about the same to me. Although maybe Astrology can be "used" on a day-to-day basis to make important decisions, and the other is *very* longterm -- ie, at birth, that's the way your whole life is now fixed?
