Creating new pages
The notice at the top of NCS Group was there because it invoked the {{subpages}} template at the top, while no one had yet created the Template:NCS Group/Metadata (the so-called "metadata file") for it. When you create a new article, you can just remove {{subpages}} from the top until I get around to create the metadata for you, or you can learn to create the metadata yourself.
