Statement of problem

While it is relatively clear how Citizenship is acquired upon registration to the project, the case is less clear for when Citizenship would end. Details are up to the Management Council, and I am planning to send them the notes made on this page. --Daniel Mietchen 09:45, 10 December 2010 (UTC)
