The last time I looked at a print version of Orwell's book, the cover said 1984. We need to disambiguate, even if we eventually have an article spelling out the name. Disambiguating book

The last time I looked at a print version of Orwell's book, the cover said 1984. We need to disambiguate, even if we eventually have an article spelling out the name.
