The first items on [[CZ:Proposals]], and they should be no more than two in number, are: a brief explanation of how the system works (and why it exists), and how to make a proposal. Then (on the same page) there should be the introductory queue. This gives the user everything he needs to start a new proposal all on one page. | |||

Denis- This page yet has not been recognized as official; by now I had hoped that there would be comments on whether or not this page should fly, but so far I have not heard back from Sanger, or anyone else despite having announced it on the forums (I have not yet sent in a mailing list post). Until then, it is still very "meta" in it's inception. I encourage you to weigh in on the actual utility of this page until it becomes an official community portal.

Components/pages of the system
OK, I'm done with my theorizing for now--so here we go!
The first items on CZ:Proposals, and they should be no more than two in number, are: a brief explanation of how the system works (and why it exists), and how to make a proposal.
