Roger Bell holds a B.A. in political science and history from Mercer University and an M.Ed. with a concentration in U.S. history from the University of Georgia.. He has 15 years experience in public education and over 18 years experience in technical communication.
He currently works as a technical writer near Atlanta, where he develops online Help and other documentation for business software. He is a senior member of the Society for Technical Communication and has won numerous awards for his work.
