Originally the HAVE NAP from Israel Aircraft Industries, the AGM-142 Raptor is a short-to-medium-range, supersonic air-to-ground missile, using television or imaging infrared seekers. It can be operated both in fire-and-forget and man-in-the-loop modes, using an ASW-55|AN/ASW-55 data link. Its 750 lb. blast-fragmentation warhead ia larger than that of the AGM-65 Maverick and AGM-84 SLAM, and uses a FMU-143 fuze.

In U.S. service, it is carried by the B-52. Typical loads are two missiles on one pylon, and one missile and the AN/ASW-55 data link pod on the other. This weapon is also used by Australia, Israel and Turkey. Range is reported as 75 km.
